Priced at $59 per person, the four-course meal will begin with two starters to choose from: chestnut soup topped with foie gras or a frisèe salad made with Nueske’s bacon and a ‘perfect poached egg,’ a sous vide egg by Chef Michel Richard. The second course will offer the choice of lobster risotto served with browned butter or seared halibut with a citrus emulsion.

The main course will feature two entrées: veal chop with morel sauce or a New York strip steak with roasted shallot bordelaise sauce made with red wine syrah. For dessert, guests will choose from: raspberry cheesecake or Chef Richard’s famous chocolate bar served in a hazelnut sauce.

Central Michel Richard opened in 2010 to widespread acclaim. The restaurant has been named one of the “33 Reasons to Go to Vegas Now” by Saveur, “Best New Restaurant” by the Las Vegas Review-Journal and one of the “Top 10 Best New Restaurants in America” by Gayot.
