Award-winning country singer/songwriter Dierks Bentley is set to perform at The Pearl inside Palms Casino Resort on Dec.6, 2013 at 10 p.m. Tickets start at $60, plus any additional service fees.
Probably no other artist on country radio in the past 10 years could manage Dierks Bentley’s kind of range and versatility. Especially when one considers the broader record: He’s had 10 No. 1 singles and written every one of them. He’s performed at Lollapalooza, the Telluride Bluegrass Festival, Bonnaroo and the CMA Music Festival, tailoring his sets to each. His instantly recognizable voice and acoustic/electric hybrid sound have propelled him to membership in the Grand Ole Opry and, in 2011, a performance for the President at the White House. All made possible by his devotion to developing all sides of his musicianship.
He has forged his own artistic path in an industry built predominantly on formula, mixing elements of modern country, classic country, bluegrass and rock, while maintaining an unmistakable identity – constantly reinventing his sound. His album Home (2012) debuted at No. 1 and spawned three consecutive chart-topping hits. His five previous studio albums have sold more than five million copies and have garnered 11 GRAMMY nominations. Bentley most recently released “I Hold On” as the lead single off his upcoming album Riser.
Doors at the Pearl will open at 8:30 p.m. and show time is 10 p.m. The Pearl Box Office is open daily from noon until 7 p.m. with extended hours on select event days. Follow The Pearl on Twitter at @PearlatPalms for concert announcements and event information.
