Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa, a AAA Four Diamond resort, will feature a special three-course prix fixe menu at MRKT Sea & Land (Pictured) to benefit Three Square Food Bank during the 3rd annual Spring Las Vegas Restaurant Week from Friday, March 7, through Friday, March 14.
Priced at $50.14 per person, Executive Chef George Jacquez’s menu begins with a seafood Luis salad followed by a 16-ounce Kona Coffee-crusted New York strip steak served with shallot butter, mashed potatoes and asparagus. A fresh berry crème brûlée will be offered for dessert.
As a Gold Plate participant, Aliante will donate $5 of each Restaurant Week menu sold directly to Three Square.
