Palms’ Sizzling New Back Room Burger Opens March 14
Palms Casino Resort
is beefing up its restaurant scene with Back Room Burger, the only poolside burger restaurant in Las Vegas, opening Friday, March 14.

Back Room Burger is an original concept created by a collaboration of chefs from Palms and N9NE Steakhouse, which introduces a fun twist on classic American favorites with diverse burger options, hearty sides, craft beer and playful custard shakes, with or without a buzz. Debuting just in time for the start of pool season, guests can kick back and enjoy delicious food in a cool atmosphere, with a prime location overlooking the lively action of Palms Pool.

“Back Room Burger is the ultimate burger place, open for lunch, dinner and late-night snacks. With an inventive menu of specialty burgers and homemade custard shakes, it is the perfect place to enjoy a casual meal with a dynamic scene,” said Daniel R. Lee, Chief Executive Officer at Palms Casino Resort. “The laid-back pub environment and numerous television screens also make Back Room Burger the perfect venue to catch the college basketball games and other sporting events.”

Back Room Burger offers specialty burgers made from American-raised beef ground fresh daily and served on toasted sesame seed buns. Signature burgers include the Mexicali Blues ($11), with fresh cotija cheese, chipotle salsa, grilled scallions, guacamole and topped with a generous dollop of sour cream. There is also the Ragin’ Cajun ($11), with spicy Tabasco-fried onions, okra, tomatoes and Cajun mayo. For non-meat eaters, the Shroom-Zoom ($11) is the not-quite-a-burger, burger made with a large, grilled Portobello mushroom, ratatouille, fresh goat cheese and arugula. Diners will also have the options to double their patties or substitute organic turkey or American bison patties. Additionally, all of the eatery’s burgers can be served low-carb style, without the bun and wrapped in fresh lettuce.

The burgers at the new Palms venue can be paired with a variety of French fries, including specialties such as Sweet Potato Fries ($6) served with Fresno chili and apricot ketchup and the Blue Cheese & Bacon Fries ($8), served as is. The restaurant’s mouthwatering shakes are made with fresh custard and can be enjoyed in spiked or virgin editions. Other tasty menu items include fried dill pickles, shishito peppers, and thick cut onion rings. For light eaters and vegetarians, Back Room Burger also offers freshly chopped salads.

Back Room Burger offers locals-friendly parking with convenient access. The new restaurant is only a few steps from the resort’s East Parking Garage and adjacent to the entrance of Kim Vō Salon. Taxi cabs are welcome to drop customers at the nearby entrance to the new restaurant within the parking garage before joining the normal taxi queue for pick-ups at the front door of the casino.

Back Room Burger will be open Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. until midnight and from 10:30 a.m. until 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Patio Dining or Indoor seating available. For more information, visit www.palms.com or please call 702-942-7101.
