More than 125,000 meatballs, 25,000 gallons of marinara, 1,200 Titanic sundaes and 14,800 pounds of garlic is the recipe for a successful first year and many wow moments for Carmine’s in The Forum Shops at Caesars

These numbers are no surprise for the family-style restaurant that serves up gigantic portions with dishes that feed four to six people.Throughout the month of July, the Carmine’s is inviting Las Vegas locals and visitors to join in the party for their first anniversary. After 365 days of dishing out family-style feasts for birthdays, weddings, conventions and more, the West Coast incarnation of the iconic New York eatery is celebrating with exclusive offers, events and bubbly.

  • Guests 21 and over can kick off the festivities when the Rock N’ Roll Wine Lounge takes over the restaurant July 3 from 6 – 8 p.m. Party-goers will enjoy an open wine bar featuring award-winning blends. Reservations can be made at RockNRollWine.com.
  • In appreciation of Las Vegas residents, every 21 and over local guest will receive a complimentary glass of Prosecco with purchase and valid Nevada I.D. to toast to Carmine’s throughout the anniversary month.
  • July is National Ice Cream month and Carmine’s is honoring the sweet-tooth occasion by offering a petite version of the colossal-sized Titanic, properly named The Tugboat all month long. The ice cream sundae features a chocolate tart, vanilla ice cream, hot fudge and chopped fruit.

Perfect for large groups, the 27,000 square-foot restaurant features nine private dining rooms. With more than 750 seats, Carmine’s is readily equipped to accommodate last minute reservations for crowds of any size or occasion including convention goers, wedding rehearsals and birthday parties. The Italian eatery also features gluten free, vegetarian and vegan menus for guests with dietary restrictions.
