Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa, a AAA Four Diamond resort, will feature a special three-course prix fixe menu at MRKT Sea & Land to benefit Three Square Food Bank during the eighth annual Fall Las Vegas Restaurant Week from Friday, Aug. 22, through Thursday, Aug. 28.
Priced at $50.14 per person, Executive Chef George Jacquez’s menu begins with a refreshing spinach and strawberry salad topped with bacon vinaigrette followed by a 16-ounce grilled ancho dry-rubbed Black Angus rib eye. A delectable house-made, chocolate-dipped ice cream sandwich will be offered for dessert.
As a Gold Plate participant, Aliante will donate $5 of each Restaurant Week menu sold directly to Three Square. Since its inception in 2007, Las Vegas Restaurant Week has raised more than $852,000 for Three Square, including nearly $66,000 during this year’s Spring Las Vegas Restaurant Week, helping to provide more than 2.5 million meals to more than 340,000 food-insecure men, women and children in Southern Nevada.
