VOX Wine Lounge Announces November Saturday School Menu Featuring Fall Flavors
On the first Saturday of every month, VOX Wine Lounge offers guests the opportunity to learn how to prepare one of its Executive Chef’s special creations.
On Saturday, November 1 at noon, VOX is educating culinary-inclined Las Vegans on how to create a three-course masterpiece celebrating fall flavors. The Saturday menu offers Roasted Pumpkin Soup with Cinnamon Crème Fraiche, Roasted Chicken with a Wild Mushrooms and Butternut Squash Fall Risotto and Coffee Chocolate Cake with Butternut Squash Filling.
Each Saturday School runs from noon to 2 p.m. and includes instruction and a complimentary lunch for $40. Reservations to attend Saturday School are recommended and can be made by calling (702) 407-7780.
