“O Canada!” -- Fremont Street Experience and the D Las Vegas Team Up For Free Concert Featuring Headliner Marianas Trench
In honor of Victoria Day, a national holiday in Canada, Fremont Street Experience and the D Las Vegas are teaming up for a free concert featuring Canadian smash-hit headliner Marianas Trench

The event will be held on the 3rd Street stage on Sunday, May 18 at 9:00 p.m. Everyone is invited down to Fremont Street Experience to celebrate Victoria Day in true Canadian fashion as Marianas Trench kicks-off the Rock of Vegas Summer Concert Series.

“We are looking forward to the partnership with the D to bring a top band from Canada to Downtown Las Vegas,” said Fremont Street Experience President, Jeff Victor. “We look forward to hosting the Canadians who come to Las Vegas for the three-day weekend and we have planned a concert specifically for them. A headlining concert from Canadian superstars Marianas Trench is the perfect precursor for a great summer of entertainment to come at Fremont Street Experience.”

Since their most recent album, Ever After, released in November 2011, Marianas Trench have gone to release four platinum selling singles, “Haven’t Had Enough,” “Fallout,” “Desperate Measures,” and “Stutter.” After two highly successful headlining Canadian arena tours in 2012 and 2013, Marianas Trench has been signed to Cherrytree Records in the US and completed a 5-week headlining tour across the USA in May and June 2013. After blood, sweat and a few tears, Marianas Trench is ready to take its music to every corner of the world.
