Prepared by Executive Chef Billy DeMarco, La Cave will offer a grilled sea bass dish accompanied by cream spinach ravioli, baby parsnip and will be topped with tomato vinaigrette, priced at $24. For dessert, the restaurant will offer a mini bûche de noël filled with chocolate buttercream and topped with ganache, priced at $9.
La Cave is located inside Wynn Las Vegas and is open Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to midnight.
