La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas will offer a delectable butler-style brunch with tableside eats to celebrate Easter from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 5 (Pictured: Pancakes with Berry Compote).
Priced at $48 per adult and $28 per child, guests will celebrate the holiday with unlimited brunch favorites prepared by Corporate Executive Chef Billy DeMarco. The brunch menu includes: pancakes with berry compote, corn flake crusted brioche French toast, baked potato loaded tater tots with brown gravy, NY style egg sandwiches, scrambled eggs, chef’s selection ham egg flatbread, eggs benedict with chorizo, Canadian bacon or filet, veal short rib hash, bacon or chorizo sausage cups, fresh fruit salad, yogurt parfait with granola, heirloom tomato and mozzarella salad, chilled tomato soup, angus mini burgers, mushroom grits, tomato mozzarella flatbread and more.
For an additional $20 per person, La Cave will offer bottomless beverages including mimosas, sangria, sparkling wine, bloody marys with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, build-your-own mojitos with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum or Caipirinhas with Leblon Cachaça.
La Cave is located inside Wynn Las Vegas and is open Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to midnight.
