Carmine’s in the Forum Shops at Caesars will celebrate the end of tax season by hosting a Tax Day Whiskey Tasting April 15 from 6 – 8 pm with Master Mixologist, “Bobby G” (Pictured: Carmine’s Very Italian Manhattan).
Samplings include:
- Knob Creek Bourbon
- Rye, Makers Mark
- Bakers and Basil Hayden’s
Two Carmine’s signature cocktails will also be available:
- Very Italian Manhattan made with Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Punt e Mes Sweet Vermouth and Regan’s Orange Bitters
- Sinatra’s Ice Tea made with Knob Creek Rye, Luxardo Cherry Liqueur, Bianco Vermouth and lemon juice
Mixologist “Bobby “G” Gleason has participated in competitions that include the United States Bartenders Guild Championships and The World’s Most Sensuous Cocktail. He was named the US Mixologist of the Year in 2005 and 2006 by Angostura. Gleason also held a Guinness World Record for the most cocktails made in one hour.
