Executive Chef Billy Demarco’s prix fixe menu is served family-style and priced at $49 per person (plus tax and gratuity). The specialty menu includes a Kale Salad, served with crispy artichoke and ricotta salata in warm vinaigrette; Roasted Cauliflower, with garlic, chili and mint; and the Tomato Risotto, a combination of tomato fondue and basil.
Larger plate selections include the Grilled Salmon with oyster mushrooms and carrot miso broth; and the Beef Hanger Steak, with crostini and au poivre sauce. The meal concludes with a chef’s tasting of desserts.
As part of the celebratory menu, bridal parties may enjoy one complimentary round of specialty cocktails or a glass of Prosecco for each guest. Reservations are available by calling the restaurant at 702-891-3222.
