The weekend’s headlining event is the PBR’s Last Cowboy Standing. Taking place outside at the MGM Resorts Village, this two-day event presents the Top 50 bull riders in the world the largest field of any PBR event competing in round after round of intense 8 second battles until one bull rider remains as the cowboy to ride the most bulls consecutively. A total purse of $250,000 is up for grabs, with the winner taking home a guaranteed $180,000, including the $100,000 Bad Boy Mowers Bonus. The competition takes place at 8 p.m. Friday, May 23 and 6 p.m. Saturday, May 24.

As the second of four “PBR Majors” in 2015, the Last Cowboy Standing event will air as a two-hour broadcast on CBS Television Network Sunday, May 24 at 1 p.m. ET.

The Monster Energy Cowboy Festival also will have Bikini Bull Riding for the ladies and Topless Bull Riding for the men. Action-sports enthusiasts will enjoy the extreme wakeboarders at the Step Up Rail Jam and everyone will be entertained by the high-flying acrobatics of the premier canine aquatics competition, the Dock Dogs.

Add pool parties, after-parties, mechanical bull riding and frothy drinks with a cowboy twist, and Cowboy Spring Break-goers will have a Memorial Day weekend experience like no other.

“Cowboy Spring Break has been a long-time in the making and we have an exceptional lineup of entertainment to surround one of PBR’s most popular events,” PBR COO Sean Gleason said. “I know that our cowboy athletes will be ready to enjoy some fun-in-the-sun with PBR fans and western-lifestyle enthusiasts.”
