Sunday afternoon, singer Justin Bieber took to the sky on the newest attraction on the Las Vegas Strip, the High Roller at The LINQ Promenade.
Justin and a group of friends including Rudy Mancuso enjoyed the views of Las Vegas from 550 feet in the air, on the world’s tallest observation wheel from their own private air-conditioned cabin.
