  • “Gebackener Tortenbrie” – Breaded brie cheese fried golden brown, served with winter salad bouquet garnished with fresh parsley and cranberries
  • Roast Turkey – thyme-flavored turkey gravy, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, stuffing, corn medley and glazed yams
  • Traditional Pumpkin Pie – served with cinnamon cream
