Count Down to 2016 at Carson Kitchen with a Food-Filled Night and Downtown Lights

Executive Chef Eugene Santiago has prepared a four-course tasting menu priced at $80 per person with optional beverage pairings priced at $20 each. The dinner will begin with one “Devil’s” Egg with crispy pancetta and caviar accompanied by a complimentary glass of Cava Sparkling Wine. The appetizer course will also include crispy chicken skins with smoked honey and wok-charred edamame with ginger salt and togarashi.

The second course will include blood orange and root with salsify, parsnip and celery root; and Carson Kitchen’s signature veal meatballs with sherry foie gras cream sauce. Guests will then enjoy spuds and sprouts with pancetta and allspice cream; included with a choice of ‘pie:’ turducken pot pie with a buttermilk crumble; or Shepard’s 3.14 with gnocchi, lamb and natural jus.

The meal will conclude with banoffee pie with Bailey’s whipped cream served with a chocolate biscotti. Reservations are required by calling 702.473.9523.
