Award-winning chef and Clique Hospitality partner Brian Massie will be at the forefront of the kitchen, presenting Mexican cuisine at Libre that is as much about the fun as it is about the feast.
New menu items including the mouthwatering Bubbling Queso Fondido and the Carne Asada Skirt Steak which will leave your taste buds wanting more.
Libre is also introducing a prominent vegan selection and many delectable items suitable for gluten-free guests including the Grilled Portabello Taco and the Chilli Rellanos make Libre the perfect option for every type of foodie.
Hand crafted cocktails will make up the delicious beverage menu at Libre with refreshing drinks such as the Desperado, La Casa Libre and The Heated Moment. Fresh ingredients and unique combinations will give a spin on household classics like the margarita and sangria.
Libre will take center stage as Clique’s newest venue at Red Rock Resort and is strategically located between Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar and Salute Trattoria Italiana, the acclaimed restaurants currently managed by Clique. Slight but elegant renovations and a revamped menu will help to enhance the atmosphere of Libre, making it yet another Red Rock staple.
