is buzzing this spring with two new menu items and an expanded wine list. Rolling out Monday, March 7, guests will be greeted with fresh options (Pictured: Kale Chopped Salad)

First, a mix of chopped kale and romaine lettuce, artichokes, cucumber, red onion, sun dried tomatoes and kalamata olives tossed in a citrus vinaigrette, make the Kale Chopped Salad a perfect choice for patrons looking for a lighter fare.

The Grimaldi’s Culinary Team is also excited to present its new Bruschetta Trio. Personalize platters with any three of the following delectable options: Marinated Mushroom and Roasted Red Pepper, Classic Tomato and Basil, Marinated Artichoke, or Olive Medley. The Kale Chopped Salad and Bruschetta Trio will be a permanent addition to the Grimaldi’s menu.

Also beginning on March 7, Grimaldi’s will be adding 21 select new wines to their already extensive wine list, creating yet another reason for newcomers to step through the door and loyal guests to keep coming back.

Grimaldi’s Pizzeria’s Las Vegas locations include The Shoppes at The Palazzo, Rainbow and 215, Boca Park Fashion Village, The Fashion Show Mall and Green Valley on S. Eastern Ave.
