La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas will celebrate Mother’s Day with a decadent butler-style brunch and “bottomless” mimosas, bloody marys and more from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 8. Plus, all mothers will be offered a mimosa, compliments of La Cave (Pictured: Bacon and chorizo sausage cups).
Prepared by Corporate Executive Chef William DeMarco, all of the brunch selections will be served butler-style, with continual tray-passed tasting portions served directly to tables. Brunch selections include pancakes with berry compote, corn flake crusted brioche French toast, baked potato loaded tater tots with brown gravy, NY-style egg sandwiches, chef’s selection ham egg flatbread, eggs Benedict with filet mignon, tender cuts of lamb, veal short rib hash, bacon or chorizo sausage cups, heirloom tomato and mozzarella salad, angus mini burgers, mushroom grits, tomato mozzarella flatbread and more. La Cave’s Mother’s Day brunch is priced at $54.95 per adult and $28 per child.
For $20 per person, “bottomless” cocktails include mimosas, sangria, sparkling wine, bloody marys made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, build-your-own mojitos made with Sailor Jerry or Caipirinhas made with Leblon Cachaça.
La Cave is open from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 11:30 a.m. to midnight Friday through Sunday.
