Dos Caminos Cooking Classes Nov. 7-8

Join Dos Caminos Corporate Executive Chef Scott Linquist and Roberto Hernandez, Executive Chef of Dos Caminos Las Vegas for a cooking demonstration featuring the restaurant’s signature dishes.

Watch as the chefs demonstrate favorites including:

  • El Caminos Classic Margarita
  • Pomegranate Sangria
  • Guacamole & Salsa Roja
  • Roasted Plantain Empanadas (Plantain Masa Turnovers)
  • Arrachera (Grilled Marinated Skirt Steak)
  • Frijoles Borrachos (Pinto Beans cooked with Bacon & Beer)
  • Crepas de Cajeta (Pistachio Crepes with Dulce de Leche)

Class is $65 per person plus tax and gratuity and includes: Coffee, Mexican Hot Chocolate, Fresh Juices with Pan Dulce, Muffins and Fruit on arrival; signed copy of Mod Mex cookbook by Chef Scott Linquist, cooking demo with question and answer session followed by lunch tasting of all demonstrated cocktails and food items.
