Located in St. Mark’s Square in The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian, Enoteca San Marco features a wide range of antipasti, including house-cured meats, imported Italian cheeses, and fresh local vegetable antipasti and salads.
The antipasti and wine tasting menus are offered at the circular antipasti Counter ONLY between the hours of 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m.
The Chef’s Antipasti tasting consists of a selection of cured meats and are accompanied by three artisanal cheeses; three selections from the antipasti verdure menu; three house-made fritti; and a grilled radicchio salad. To finish, two wonderful house-made biscotti’s are offered.
The Wine Tasting menu is designed to compliment the antipasti and features regional Italian wines from Piemonte, Emilia Romana, and Abruzzo. Also included is a sample of homemade amaro digestif “Zach Attack,” made by Culinary Director Zach Allen.
Prices are $25 for the Chef’s Antipasti and $15 for the Wine Tasting.
