As the seasons turn, the adventures in Pahrump keep going. September is one of the best months to visit Pahrump with the annual four-day Pahrump Fall Festival, races at the speedway, and the final concert series at Sanders Winery. In addition, comedian Kathleen Dunbar will perform at Bonkerz Comedy Club Sept. 23.
Make sure to also come and pay tribute to the soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice by visiting The Moving Wall, a ½ size replica of the Vietnam War Memorial in Washington D.C. that will be featured at this year’s Fall Festival. Head to Pahrump and find your adventure!
Fireworks Over Pahrump: Watch Pahrump’s sky sparkle with fireworks during specially designated holiday weekends. Launch your own fireworks in a safe and supervised environment or enjoy the show. All visitors who are interested in launching their own fireworks must obtain a special permit from one of the five fireworks stores.

Bonkerz Comedy Club: Held inside the Pahrump Nugget Event Center, Bonkerz Comedy Club presents comedians Ian Gutoskie and Kathleen Dunbar during the month of September. Gutoskie has been featured on Fox and CBS. Dunbar has been seen on “Comics Unleashed”. Tickets are $10 and include a free $5 slot play.

Sanders Winery Summer Concert Series: Enjoy an evening under the stars filled with fun and wine at Sanders Winery during their Summer Under the Stars Concert Series. Pahrump Valley Speedway: Race season is in full effect at the Pahrump Valley Speedway. Pahrump Fall Festival: The biggest festival of the year returns to Petrack Park Sept 22-25. The four-day family-friendly event will feature a two-day rodeo, midway games, carnival rides, several food and craft vendors, and more. Saturday, Sept. 24 will mark the annual parade of marching bands and outlandish floats as it travels down Highway 160. New to this year’s Fall Festival is “The Moving Wall” a half-size replica of the Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial. The Moving Wall will be on display at Simkins Park.
