Is it Sunday yet? As the Las Vegas summer begins to die down, the city’s hottest new restaurant Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located inside Green Valley Ranch Resort, will push the envelope, launching an inventive and mouth-watering brunch from 11-3pm.
Kicking off on August 28, acclaimed chef Brian Massie will put his unique stamp on the brunch scene with Italian offerings that will have guests saying grazie!
Guests can start with seasonal fruit dishes or savory dishes, such as the cinnamon bread pudding, which includes toasted hazelnuts, plump raisins and salted caramel.
The star of Bottliglia’s brunch, however, will be its main courses, which includes farm-fresh breakfasts, crisp salads and succulent entrees and pastas. Offerings include prosciutto eggs benedict, which features poached fresh eggs, creamy hollandaise and a perfectly toasted english muffin. The brunch will also feature a Bottiglia favorite, sausage & rapini, a beautiful blend of chili-spiced sausage, broccoli rage and fresh ricotta, all served on a bed of al dente rigatoni.
Other entrees include toasted paninis, pan-roasted halibut and chicken “parm,” Bottiglia’s spin on an Italian staple, a mouth-watering marriage of jidori chicken, vine-ripened san marzano tomatoes and pecorino picante.
Bottiglia’s comfortable oversized patio serves as the perfect place to spend a lazy Sunday while dining and sipping blood orange mimosas or pitchers of sangria.
The highly anticipated brunch will feature a drink menu that is second to none, with whimsical and refreshing specialty beverages, a large selection of beer and a multitude of red, white and sparkling wines by the glass.
“Sunday is about to become my favorite day of the week,” Massie said. “We’re going to have incredible food, amazing drinks and a perfect ambiance.”
The four-diamond AAA-rated Green Valley Ranch Resort is located 2300 Paseo Verde Parkway in Henderson, Nevada. For more information about both entertainment destinations, visit https://www.sclv.com.
