The iconic Italian restaurant is going traditional this Thanksgiving with a three course, prix fixe menu ($58/person) from Chef de Cuisine Fatimah Madyun. For the first course, guests can choose from delicious options including Stuffed Artichokes with Italian bread, garlic, parsley, and Romano cheese; Roasted Butternut Squash & Kale Salad with candied walnuts, dried cranberries tossed in shallot vinaigrette and more. For the main course, guests can pick from selection of four options including Oven Roasted Turkey with Grandma Ida’s sausage stuffing, cranberry sauce and green beans or Beef Lasagna made with layers of fresh pasta, beef Bolognese sauce, ricotta, parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Save room for dessert and indulge in Pumpkin Cheesecake with gingersnap crust with creamy New York style pumpkin cheesecake finished with caramel pecan praline sauce or Maple Crème Bruleé with Canadian maple syrup, infused egg custard drizzled with a maple and bourbon caramel topped with fresh whipped cream.
Old Homestead Steakhouse
Why have turkey when you can have turkey and steak? This Thanksgiving, guests dining at Old Homestead Steakhouse in Caesars Palace can enjoy a prix fixe menu ($70/person) with dishes like French Onion Soup, Oven Roasted Turkey and Pumpkin Napoleon for dessert. For those who don’t want to experience this legendary steak house without steak—the Duo of Bird & Beef is the perfect option with turkey and an 8oz filet mignon served with all the trimmings (+$20).
This Thanksgiving, Mesa Grill invites guests to celebrate the holiday with festive offerings packed with Bobby Flay’s signature bold Southwestern flair. Thanksgiving specials include Jumbo Lump Crabcake with habanero tartar sauce, avocado crema and pickled chile slaw, Horseradish Maple Glazed Turkey with orange sage butter, creamed kale, sweet potato gratin, wild mushroom and chorizo cornbread stuffing, smoked chile gravy and cranberry tangerine relish and Double Cut Pork Chop with pomegranates, whole grain mustard, chile bourbon sauce, blue corn tamale and cranberry butter.
Bally’s Las Vegas
At BLT Steak at Bally’s Las Vegas, guests can experience Thanksgiving like they’re dining at HELL’S KITCHEN winner and Head Chef Ariel Malone’s home with some of her favorite holiday dishes. For $75, guests can enjoy a set menu with mouth-watering dishes like Cornmeal Fried Oysters, Juniper Brined Roasted Quail with rosemary cornbread stuffing and cranberries and Cranberry Spiced Bread Pudding for dessert.

GIADA will serve up a Thanksgiving tasting menu from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. Starting the meal is a choice of Antipasti Platter of Brussels sprout crostini with toasted pine nuts, goat cheese, gorgonzola, dried cranberry and agrodolce gastrique, or duck prosciutto with duo of mustards and seasonal fruits, or 24-month-old Parmigiano Reggiano or wood roasted wild mushrooms. Second course, guests will select either the Butternut Squash puree with crispy prosciutto, amaretti cookie crumble and “Noble 5” sherry vinegar or Stuffing Arancini. Main course will feature Turkey Two Ways, turkey breast porchetta and crispy confit dark meat served with Cacio e Pepe baked mashed potatoes, pancetta ciabatta stuffing, green beans almandine and sweet cranberry mostarda. Dessert options include Pumpkin Tiramisu and Walnut Tart with a duo of gelato.

Gordon Ramsay Steak
Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas will offer two specials for Thanksgiving: Turkey Wellington ($52) with foie gras-pistachio stuffing, cranberry sauce, yams, crispy brussel sprouts tossed in a bacon apple vinaigrette and turkey demi-glace and Pumpkin Cheesecake ($13) with white chocolate cremeux, candied pepitas, toasted marshmallow, pumpkin Chantilly and salted caramel sauce.
Le Café Ile St. Louis
The quaint Parisian-inspired café will feature a complete four-course Thanksgiving meal for $45. Choose between French Onion soup and Roasted Corn Soup for the first course, followed by Apple Salad or Butternut Squash Ravioli. For the main entrée guests can choose between a 14oz Rib Eye and Turkey with chorizo stuffing. Pumpkin Cheesecake and Traditional Apple Pie will be available as dessert options.
Rio All-Suites Hotel & Casino
Guests can enjoy their Thanksgiving feast with a view at VooDoo Steak. The restaurant will be offering a variety of festive specials including Ora King Salmon Tartare with corn pannacotta, Oscietra caviar and finger lime vinaigrette ($20), Oven Roasted Young Turkey with sage brioche stuffing, scalloped sweet potatoes and giblet gravy ($36), Pumpkin Torte with buttery shortbread, pumpkin, cinnamon chantilly crème and caramelized hazelnuts ($10).
All-American Bar & Grille
For those seeking a casual Thanksgiving with all the fixings, head to All-American Bar & Grille for dishes like Quinoa Salad with butternut squash and dried cranberries, the Thanksgiving Dinner Burger, All-American Turkey Dinner and, of course, Pumpkin Pie.
All-American Bar & Grille is offering a to-go option as well! For just $35, guests can take their Thanksgiving dinner to enjoy in the comfort of their room or at home. The to-go dinner includes:

Guy Fieri’s Mexican-inspired menu may not be a traditional Thanksgiving dinner, but guests won’t be disappointed by exciting twists on holiday classics, including Mole Verde Braised Turkey ($21) with Cilantro Rice & Borracho Beans ($21), Sonoran Spiced Turkey Breast ($25) with Sonoran Style Chorizo and Chile Poblano Stuffing and Pumpkin Empanadas ($10), a Sweet Pastry Pocket filled with Pumpkin Puree, Brown Sugar and Cinnamon.
