As Public School’s nationwide “Burger Wars 2017” competition heats up, the chefs are pushing out some truly crafty burgers that’ll make you want to road trip around to try each one.
Each month Public School’s chef serves up a new one-of-a-kind burger & beer pairing.
For March, Public School 702 unveils the Fiesta Burger, a cumin-spiced burger patty, layered on a bed of fresh-made pico de gallo and avocado, topped with melted cheddar cheese and crispy spiced tortilla straws. This burger pairs well with Ballast Point California Amber which includes four types of malts blend together to give this rich copper ale a floral aroma with bite.
Public School 702 is an Industrial-chic gastropub with playful schoolhouse details, eclectic menus, tap beers & patio games, located at Downtown Summerlin, 1850 Festival Plaza Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89135. http://www.psontap.com/
