Northside Café & Chinese Kitchen at SLS Las Vegas will celebrate Easter with a festive, three-course brunch, served from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 16 (Pictured: Northside Braised Lamb Shank – Photo credit: SLS Las Vegas).
The first course will feature a choice between roasted tomato soup topped with basil pesto and garlic croutons; or a red wine-poached pear salad, made with arugula, gorgonzola cheese and walnuts tossed with red wine vinaigrette dressing.
The main course will be a choice between braised lamb shank served with mashed potatoes, honey-glazed baby carrots and green beans, topped with au jus; salmon hash paired with a crispy pancetta chip, smashed potatoes and poached egg, covered in lemon-caper-butter-sauce; or prime rib, accompanied by a popover and a watercress salad, served with creamy horseradish and au jus.
For dessert, guests may choose between an apple tart topped with vanilla bean ice cream and caramel sauce or bread pudding with vanilla bean ice cream and honey sauce.
