  • At Restaurant Guy Savoy, Michelin-starred chef, Guy Savoy presented a multi-course epicurean affair with premier pairings, serving signature dishes normally found at his Paris location alongside some of the world’s greatest wines and champagnes. With his Paris restaurant recently receiving the “Best Restaurant in the World” award from La Liste, this meal took diners on a truly special adventure across Chef Guy Savoy’s empire of tastes and influences, celebrating his achievements through his signature creations.
  • Rao’s in New York is widely regarded as the hardest reservation to land in the country, if not the world. Guests had an opportunity to grab a seat at Rao’s in Caesars Palace as the restaurant celebrated its 10th anniversary on the Strip. Frank Pellegrino Jr. guided guests through a multi-course dinner of time-honored Italian dishes and classics that were uniquely Rao’s style.

  • With more than 140 years of history, the New York icon, Old Homestead Steakhouse hosted, “High Steaks Pairings with Wine and Chocolate.” Greg and Marc Sherry presented a four-course menu of divine dishes and pairings featuring the best dry-aged prime steak and premium wines. All of the dishes featured chocolate in subtle and unexpected ways.

  • Internationally-renowned MR CHOW celebrated its first anniversary at Caesars Palace with a throwback dinner paying homage to the original location, which opened on Valentine’s Day in London in 1968. Maximillian Chow guided guests through a five course dinner highlighting classic CHOW Beijing dishes. Guests even got to experience their own private noodle show, which has become synonymous with the popular restaurant.
