Prepared by Executive Chef William DeMarco, brunch selections are served butler-style, with continual tray-passed tasting portions served directly to guests. An array of sweet and savory dishes include: veal short-rib hash, pancakes with berry compote, mushroom grits, baked potato loaded tater tots, heirloom tomato and mozzarella salad, Angus mini burgers, tomato mozzarella flatbread, chef’s selection ham egg flatbread, and more. La Cave’s Mother’s Day brunch is priced at $58.95 per adult and $28 per child.
“Bottomless” brunch cocktails include mimosas, sangria, bloody marys, painkillers, margaritas and Caipirinhas made with Leblon Cachaça, all priced at $28. Brunch beer selections include Goose Island Sofi or Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout, priced at $5.
La Cave is open from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 11:30 a.m. to midnight Friday through Sunday.
