Executive Chef and Owner Stephen Blandino has introduced fall-inspired flavors to the Weekly Harvest and cocktail menus at Americana Las Vegas, highlighting the freshest ingredients of the autumn season (Pictured: Americana Golden Pumpkin Martini).
New dishes debut every week on the three-course Weekly Harvest menu featuring seasonal fruits and vegetables from a local farmer’s market. The menu, priced at $42 per person, features unlimited wine pairings served tableside with each course. A sampling of Weekly Harvest dishes includes: caprese salad with wild arugula, burrata cheese and white balsamic served with Century Cellars Chardonnay; grilled Iowa pork chop with spring vegetables and garlic potato puree served with Oak Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon; and chocolate peanut butter bar with hazelnut gelato and Chantilly cream.
New seasonal cocktails will also be available featuring fall’s signature flavors. Cocktails include: the Golden Pumpkin Martini, made with house-infused apple pie vodka, brown sugar, cinnamon and Bailey’s Pumpkin, served with a golden chocolate and hazelnut rim, priced at $12; the Cranberry Whiskey Sour made with house-made cinnamon cranberry puree, house-infused apple pie bourbon, fresh lemon, lime and orange juice, garnished with a cinnamon stick, for $12; Carmel Apple Martini made with apple cider, caramel vodka and butterscotch schnapps, garnished with a cinnamon apple slice, priced at $12. The cocktails may be enjoyed during social hour daily, from 3 to 6 p.m. in the bar & lounge area, or during lunch and dinner in the main dining room.
Winner of the “Best New Fine Dining Restaurant” at the 2017 Silver State Awards, Americana opened in November 2016 at 2620 Regatta Drive, Suite 118 in the Desert Shores community.
