Downtown Project’s The Real World Suite at Gold Spike, which is a 5,000 sq.ft. 7th-floor penthouse featured in MTV’s The Real World Season 31, complete with 3 rooftop patios with great views of the Downtown Las Vegas area and the Life is Beautiful Festival, transformed into a private music venue with a stage that hosted some of the top performances at nearby festivals for CBS Radio’s Downtown Sound House.

Guests enjoyed a Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Dos Equis-sponsored bar and light bites while enjoying sounds from musical acts including The Revivalists, All Time Low, Andrew McMahon, Taylor Gray, Dreamcar, Coin, Bleachers, Judah and The Lion, Wiz Khalifa, Missio, Cage The Elephant, Middle Kids, Mondo Cozmo, Dua Lipa, and Haim (in order of appearance).
