The popular downtown bar and eatery’s mouthwatering breakfast dishes include a bacon, egg & cheese sandwich, made with Applewood smoked bacon, cage-free over medium eggs and cheddar cheese, topped with chipotle aioli and spicy ketchup atop a warm brioche bun, priced at $8; avocado toast, made with Hass avocados, poached farm egg and toasted sunflower seeds on a country sourdough toast, priced at $11; and lighter selections, such as the morning razzle, red raspberry jam and creamy chocolate Nutella spread over artisanal toast, priced at $6.
The eclectic restaurant also bubbles up guests’ mornings with mimosas, Bellinis and Bloody Marys, including the Derby Breakfast Club, made with bacon-infused vodka, hickory smoke, fresh house-made Mary mix, crispy bacon and pickled egg, priced at $12.
Located in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas at 506 Fremont St, Park on Fremont brings a laid-back vibe to Fremont Street and provides guests with a picturesque setting to enjoy a variety of small plates, entrees and specialty cocktails.
