On Friday night, Triple 7 Restaurant & Brewery unveiled its collaboration brew, “Eh Waddyagunnado,” with leading craft brewery Stone Brewing Co. during a special beer tapping ceremony at Main Street Station. This is Stone Brewing Co.’s first partnership with a Las Vegas brewery (Pictured: Ashlen Manos, Director of Marketing for Boyd Gaming, Downtown Region; Tom Harwood, Brewmaster at Triple 7; Adam Quinn, Stone Brewing Nevada Regional Brewery Rep).
The limited-edition “Eh Waddyagunnado” is a smooth double red ale offering a solid 8% ABV and showcasing a backbone of Munich, rye and roasted malts for a spicy flavor and full mouthfeel. The beer was brewed and is now available for purchase at Triple 7 inside Main Street Station.
Starting Jan. 19, the craft brew will also be sold at Big Mess at Sam’s Town, The Filament and Tony Roma’s at Fremont, Holo Holo at California, the main bar at Jokers Wild and the race and sports book bar at Aliante, while supplies last.
Stone Brewing Co. and Triple 7 also generously hopped the brew with New Zealand’s Wakatu, Rakau, and Motueka in the kettle, as well as double dryhops of Amarillo and Chinook for a tropical finish.
