Brothers, chefs and restaurateurs, Eric and Bruce Bromberg of Blue Ribbon Restaurants (Blue Ribbon Las Vegas at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas; Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken at Downtown Summerlin and Grand Bazaar Shops; Blue Ribbon at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas) will appear on the Primetime Emmy Award-winning Bravo series Top Chef as guest judges during the infamous ‘Restaurant Wars’ episode this season.
Set to air on Thursday, January 25, 2018, the cheftestants will face off to create and execute two new restaurant concepts from design to dishes in a matter of days. The Bromberg Brothers will join the judges to experience and evaluate each restaurant’s successes and failures.
