Four-Course Menu:

Choice of:

  • Butternut bisque and Dungeness crab, crème fraîche and goat cheese, bacon sandwich
  • Simple bib salad with candy walnuts and fresh gorgonzola champagne vinaigrette
  • Oyster shackfeller with saffron sauce and confit tomatoes
  • Pan roasted filet mignon paired with butter braised half lobster with au poivre and lobster mornay sauce
  • Passion fruit Bavarian cream, parfait style, with vanilla bean cake and passion purée
  • The menu will be available starting at $45 per person from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Phil’s Italian Steakhouse:

Starters:

  • Grilled vegetable ravioli with mascarpone and bettola sauce (vegetarian)
  • Fried calamari with cilantro lime aioli and classic marinara
  • Lobster bruschetta, made with Maine lobster, avocado and sweetcorn in a terragon aioli
  • Caesar salad with crisp romaine, garlic croutons and parmesan dressing (vegetarian, gluten free without croutons)

Main courses:

  • 14 oz bone-in New York strip steak, with port wine sauce, red pepper mash and asparagus (gluten free)
  • Herb crusted halibut with garlic shrimp and heart of beetroot risotto
  • Chicken marsala with parmesan mashed potatoes, marsala mushroom sauce and roasted vegetables (gluten free)
  • Eggplant parmesan with spinach, lentil and white bean ragu and broccolini (vegetarian)

Dessert:

  • Passion fruit Bavarian cream, parfait style, with vanilla bean cake and passion purée
