Rubio’s Restaurants, Inc. has announced the opening of a new Rubio’s Coastal Grill location in Las Vegas, Nevada. Beginning Thursday, March 8, 2018, Las Vegas area residents will be able to visit the new Rubio’s Coastal Grill at 8431 Farm Road, Suite 110, in DC’s Plaza.
To celebrate the opening and demonstrate its commitment to the local community, Rubio’s is donating fifty percent of sales* from opening day to the United Blood Services in Las Vegas. Additionally, all guests that purchase an entree at the Las Vegas location on March 8 will have the opportunity to win free Rubio’s for one year; three winners will be awarded at random .
