Cleo at SLS Las Vegas has introduced two new entrees to its celebrated menu, both Moroccan twists on two American classics: fried chicken and prime ribeye (Pictured: Fried Chicken at Cleo in SLS Las Vegas – Photo credit: Chris Wessling).
The newest additions to Chef Danny Elmaleh’s signature contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, the juicy and flavorful Moroccan fried chicken is served with apricot mustard and harissa aioli and is priced at $15. The new, 13-ounce prime ribeye with grilled peewee potatoes and spoon salad is available for $44.
