 has introduced a new three-course weekend lunch menu available for $38 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday now through summer (Pictured: Creekstone Farms angus tenderloin salad)

Keeping with the spirit of the weekend and celebrating lunch as an event, guests can enjoy $17 bottomless sangria with their meal as well as new seasonal cocktails featuring Emeril’s exclusive W.L. Weller single select barrel bourbon.

“People rush through lunch during the week, but we want to change that on the weekend,” said Chef de Cuisine Ronnie Rainwater. “On Saturday and Sunday, lunch should be celebrated with family, friends and great food. We’ve created this menu with some of our classic steakhouse items, along with freshly sourced ingredients, in hopes of bringing people together for a relaxing leisure lunch.”

While lunch menu items are subject to change based on seasonality and availability, options could include:

First Course (Choice of one)

  • Heirloom tomato soup with whipped ricotta and fresh basil
  • Organic baby mixed green salad with Creole spiced croutons, sherry vinaigrette, shaved manchego cheese, teardrop tomatoes and red onion
  • French onion soup with fontina baguette crouton
  • Beef carpaccio with parmesan reggiano, wild arugula, crispy capers and roasted garlic emulsion

Second Course (Choice of one)

  • Delmonico’s bacon cheeseburger on a brioche roll with apple bacon, Wisconsin cheddar and sea salt fries
  • Torchio pasta with wild mushrooms, white wine butter and toasted bread crumbs
  • Creekstone Farms angus tenderloin salad with hearts of romaine, buttermilk blue cheese dressing, pickled red onions, herb croutons, shaved radishes and Wisconsin blue cheese
  • Creekstone Farms angus tenderloin sandwich on ciabatta bread with roasted mushrooms, horseradish mayonnaise, savoy spinach and sweet onion rings
  • Crispy fried young chicken with warm black-eyed pea salad and spicy creole tomato glaze
  • Grilled all natural chicken sandwich on ciabatta bread with wild arugula, red onion, garlic aioli, manchego cheese, and fingerling potato salad

Dessert (choice of one)

  • Banana cream parfait with caramel sauce, chocolate shavings, whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs
  • German chocolate cake with coconut pecan frosting
  • Pecan pie with oatmeal shortbread crust, vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce
