It’s a Blau cross over episode as Andiron Steak and Sea gears up for a special dinner featuring a menu of favorites from the Victor Restaurant recently opened at Parq Vancouver on April 10. Guests who have enjoyed Andiron since the beginning also might recognize some dishes from the popular Summerlin restaurant’s opening menu.
