On Friday, April 6, 2018, Las Vegas Model/Dancer Dixie Miranda attended the hit show Tape Face at Harrah’s Las Vegas. Sam Wills, former circus and street performer and creator of Tape Face, performs in a custom House of Tape Showroom built to host his 3-year residency at the legendary Harrah’s Hotel and Casino.
Dixie was accompanied by best friend Fa Wijitwan of Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino.
Miranda said, “Tape Face doesn’t talk to the audience, but that doesn’t mean he can’t express himself and get the audience to laugh. The show is very interactive and the volunteers make the show even funnier. The show is unique and hilarious! There’s no other show like it in Las Vegas.”
“The House of Tape is a small, intimate theatre so all the seats are good, but I recommend getting the VIP Package which includes the Meet & Greet and seats in the first few rows,” continued Miranda.
The Meet & Greet is a 30-minute interaction with Tape Face that takes place prior to the show. During the Meet & Greet, Sam Wills (without tape) answers questions from the audience. If you’re wondering how Wills developed his Tape Face character, he’ll tell you all about it during the Meet & Greet.
There is a room in the theatre, called the Social Room, that is dedicated to the “silent ones.” The walls and ceiling are lined with framed fan art of Tape Face and white boards for visitors to #DrawTapeFace. A couple frames have been left empty for fans who want to tag @tapefaceboy in fan art and get the chance to have their artwork displayed in the Social Room.
Ticket prices begin at $63, plus applicable tax and fees. VIP seats including a meet and greet with Tape Face are also available for $99 plus applicable tax and fees. Tickets are available at any Las Vegas Caesars Entertainment Box Office, by phone at (702) 777-2782 or (855) 234-7469, or by visiting ticketmaster.com. For groups of 10 or more call 1-866-574-3851. Show begins at 7 p.m. and is dark on Mondays.
