Jazz artists Michael Lington, Paul Taylor and Kenny Lattimore will team up for a night of jazz at The Foundry inside SLS Las Vegas at 8 p.m.on Saturday, June 2.
Fans will be treated to smooth sounds by Lington, a critically-acclaimed saxophonist, producer and composer whose latest project, “Second Nature,” pays homage to his hometown of Copenhagen. The set list will be a compilation of both new music and fan favorites, including “You and I” and “Midnight Drive,” both hits on Billboard’s Smooth Jazz Songs charts.
Taylor, a popular saxophonist, will also take the stage with his contemporary, yet soulful approach to urban jazz. The Las Vegas local has topped Billboard’s Smooth Jazz Songs charts with hits like “Burnin’,” “Push to Start” and “Supernova,” and will perform an eclectic combination of tracks spanning his 11 albums.
Lattimore, a Grammy-nominated R&B singer, will bring a mixture of melodies to the night of jazz. Hailed by the New York Times as a “modern soul man,” he will sing a collection of tunes from his nine albums including his Billboard Hot 100 hits, “For You” and “Never Too Busy.”
