Flower Child, Las Vegas’ new healthy, fast-casual restaurant by Sam Fox, the creative visionary recently named one of the restaurant industry’s 50 most influential people by Nation’s Restaurant News for the fifth consecutive year, is officially opening its doors on Wednesday, May 2, at 11 a.m. with a full day of grand opening celebrations (Pictured: Avocado Hummus at Flower Child).
Located at Rampart Commons, adjacent to the community of Summerlin, the colorful eatery serves nourishing food in a cheerful environment. With a menu devoted to bowls, wraps, grains, greens, Kombucha, and a large variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, Flower Child aims to revitalize body, mind, and soul. Led by Executive Chef Sean Rainaldi, the 5,590-square foot restaurant will offer lunch, dinner, and refreshing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages like kombucha, lemonade, and fresh pressed juices, every day from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The fast-casual eatery features easy ordering options for those on the go, as well as indoor seating in a cheerful environment, and an expansive outdoor patio with seating for 80.
Activities include an on-site florist creating free one-of-a-kind flower crowns and bouquets, beer samplings by Able Baker Brewing, lemonade samples, and Flower Child merchandise and gift card giveaways. A portion of opening day sales will benefit a local nonprofit.
