Bazaar Meat by José Andrés at SLS Las Vegas will host its first-ever “Bazaar on the Roof” outdoor food and drink festival at Retro Pool Lounge from 10 p.m. – 1:30 a.m. on Friday, June 22. The all-inclusive event will serve Bazaar Meat’s award-winning food and cocktails, set to poolside entertainment by DJs and whimsical décor (Pictured: Suckling Pig – Photo credit: Chris Wessling).
Food and cocktail offerings will frame the rooftop pool, with dedicated stations serving some of Bazaar Meat’s most popular selections. A carving station will serve jamón ibérico de bellota, black-footed Spanish pig; with other stations serving slices from a whole grilled suckling pig, José-style paella made with summer vegetables, cotton candy foie gras, a traveling dessert cart and shaved ice desserts.
Spirit stations will offer Magic Mojitos, made with Bacardi Superior rum, mint, lime juice and bitters, strained over cotton candy to make it ‘disappear;’ and a Gin & Tonic experience serving Jose’s Gin Tonic made with Hendrick’s gin, Fever-Tree tonic, kaffir lime leaf, lemon peel, lime wheel and juniper berries. A curated selection of tray-passed red and white wine and craft beers will also be available.
Tickets start at $75 per person, excluding taxes and fees. Retro’s poolside cabanas will be available for purchase and will include one bottle of Dom Pérignon champagne and one bottle of premium liquor.
