MetroPCS Super Late Models, Chargers, Modifieds and Bombers are sanctioned by NASCAR for 2009 and will compete under the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series banner.

The official rulebook for the 2009 NASCAR Whelen All-American Racing Series at the Bullring at Las Vegas Motor Speedway is scheduled for release on December 15. There are no major changes that would necessitate modification to current class configurations in all divisions.
The 2009 Bullring point season will begin on Saturday, March 21, with competition in four NASCAR-sanctioned divisions: MetroPCS Super Late Models, Modifieds, Chargers and Bullring Bombers. In addition, three INEX-sanctioned divisions will compete as part of the 2009 championship series: Legends Cars, Bandoleros and Thunder Roadsters.
LVMS has issued a clarification on the tire rule for the MetroPCS Super Late Model division. The official tire will be the Hoosier 970, mounted on a steel wheel at a maximum of 10 in. wide and 15 in. diameter.
This will be the first season that the Bullring Bomber division will compete under the sanction of the NASCAR Whelen All-American Racing Series. Drivers in the Bomber class now will now be eligible for NASCAR member benefits and insurance, a NASCAR-supported year-end points fund and member discount on participant entry fees.
Points series make-up dates: In the event that weather or other unforeseen circumstances affect a regularly-scheduled Saturday-night points event, the following dates are reserved as make-up dates: Aug. 1, Sept. 25 and Oct. 4.
