The Yukon Grille at Arizona Charlie’s Boulder will be offering a special prix fixe menu in addition to its regular menu throughout the month of December.
“The philosophy of the Yukon Grille is that you can have gourmet food at a very fair price. The prix fixe menu we are featuring in December is just one way in which we provide a great dining value to our guests,” said Werner Meier, director of food and beverage for Arizona Charlie’s Boulder.
The December prix fixe menu begins with a choice of soup of the day or Yukon house salad. The entrées are a choice between Flat Iron Steak & Onion Rings or Baked Sea Bass with Lemon Pepper. The Flat Iron Steak is topped with onion rings and served with BBQ sauce, baked beans and home-style fried potatoes. The Baked Sea Bass is served with papaya relish, vegetables of the day and rice pilaf. Dessert is Old Cask Bourbon Bread Pudding topped with white chocolate rum sauce and whipped cream. The price per person is $25.
The full Yukon Grille menu featuring the finest USDA steaks, chops, chicken, seafood and pasta entrees will be available throughout the month of December.
The wine of the month for December will be Calina Reserve, a label produced in Chile by Kendall Jackson Winery. Calina Reserve cabernet sauvignon, merlot and chardonnay are all $15 a bottle. The featured martinis for the month of December are the Yukon Cosmo, Mojito Martini and the Lemon Drop Martini. Each martini is $8 with a buy one and get the second for half price offer for the month of December as well.
