Fresh from launching the world-renowned Parq Vancouver, James Beard nominees Elizabeth Blau and Kim Canteenwalla return to Vegas with the unveiling of a new endeavor, the first-ever Honey Salt cookbook, Honey Salt Food & Drink – A Culinary Scrapbook.
The cookbook and the culinary power couple’s love of the culinary tastes of the East Coast come together for a special Farm Table dinner on Tuesday, Aug. 28 at 6:30 p.m. with a Cape Cod-inspired fete at the beloved Vegas restaurant. Tickets to the Honey Salt Farm Table dinner are required and are available for $59 per person with an optional wine pairing for an additional $25. Tickets are available online at www.honeysalt.com.
Based on family, fun, and food, Honey Salt Food & Drink– A Culinary Scrapbook will be available for purchase during a special event on Tuesday, August 28 from 4 – 6 p.m. at the restaurant (1031 S. Rampart Blvd.) with Blau herself as she hosts a special book signing launch party. The book signing is open to the public with purchase of the cookbook.
