New Wagyu Selections at Del Frisco's Steakhouse
Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse Las Vegas has unveiled an elevated wagyu program featuring three-ounce servings, available individually or as a tasting (Pictured: The Wagyu Long Bone Ribeye is also available as a new offering for $110)Selections include:

  • Japanese A5, the highest-grade wagyu in Japan providing a slightly sweet, melt-in-the-mouth texture. ($70)
  • Australian A9, tender with a slightly firmer texture than the Japanese A5, with slight grassy tones and a nutty flavor. ($60)
  • Rosewood A8, sourced from Texas and comprised of 50 percent wagyu and 50 percent angus beef, providing a rich, beefy flavor with a tender and slightly firmer texture than Australian A9. ($50)
  • Wagyu Tasting, three-ounce selections each of the Japanese A5, Australian A9 and Rosewood A8. ($160)

To showcase the flavor and quality of these premier offerings, all wagyu selections are only served with red and black Himalayan salts.
