Robert Irvine’s Public House at Tropicana Las Vegas will kick off the fall season with a special beer dinner featuring the quintessential Irish brew, Guinness. Executive Chef Kelsey Macstravic will team up with Guinness Brewery Ambassador Eoghain Clavin to host a beer-centric four-course pairing dinner for guests to enjoy, on Friday, Sept. 21 at 6 p.m.
Plus, the master Guinness Ambassador will teach guests the six steps to pouring the perfect pint. Guests will have the chance to be put to the test and pour the perfect pint of Guinness, just like a true Irishman,for the chance to earn a Perfect Pour Certificate. The event is priced at $50 per person (excludes tax and gratuity), and features the following menu:
