A goat yoga event presented by So-Fit Events will be taking place at Silverton Casino Hotel on Saturday, October 13, 2018, beginning at 5:30 p.m.
A great way to relieve some stress is with a yoga class filled with baby goats walking around. This class will be the perfect starting point for those individuals wanting to try yoga for the first time or for those yogi’s that are interested in a group fitness experience that will challenge them and provide a unique experience.
This event will deliver an intimate experience that will combine an invigorating yoga class with a playful environment filled with baby goats on The Green in front of the hotel.
All participants will receive a swag bag and a digital photo with their registration. The prize drawing will include dining certificates and more.
The event is $30 per person. Registration begins at 5:00 p.m.; Goat yoga class begins at 5:30 p.m.
