Brothers David Morton and Michael Morton’s steakhouse, MB Steak, located at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, will celebrate Christmas with a traditional prime rib dinner served exclusively on Monday, Dec. 24 and Tuesday, Dec. 25 (Photo credit: Jeff Ragazzo / @j3creative).
Prepared by Executive Chef Patrick Munster, the 20-ounce cut of prime rib roast is seasoned with Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and fresh rosemary, finished with MB’s signature steak salt blend. The prime rib will be served with butter-braised marble potatoes, herb au jus and creamy horseradish, priced at $49. A recommended pairing for the dinner is L’Ecole N° 41, a rich merlot from Washington.
MB Steak will open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day starting at 5 p.m. Guests can also enjoy MB’s full menu of premium steaks and seafood, savory sides and indulgent desserts.
