restaurants will host holiday feasts on Dec. 24 and 25. Guests can enjoy special menus at Gilley’s Saloon, Dance Hall & Bar-B-Que, The Coffee Shop, Seafood Shack and Corner Market Buffet

Gilley’s Saloon, Dance Hall & Bar-B-Que

First course:

  • Choice of:
    • Baby kale and spinach salad with grilled endive and radicchio, heirloom tomatoes, candied blueberries with creamy citrus dressing
    • Purple potato and roasted cauliflower soup with dill and focaccia crouton


  • Choice of:
    • CT Bourbon roasted turkey with andouille sausage brioche stuffing, Yukon Gold whipped potatoes, sautéed baby vegetables and savory gravy
    • Roasted rack of lamb with kalamata tapenade crusted loaded whipped potatoes, sautéed baby vegetables and balsamic glaze


  • Individual bourbon pecan pie warm with vanilla bean ice cream

The menu will be available for $40 per person.

The Coffee Shop

First course:

  • Choice of:
    • Field greens with sundried cherries, bleu cheese crumbles, roasted slivered almonds, balsamic vinaigrette
    • Wild mushroom crab soup


  • Choice of:
    • 12 oz. bone in  garlic,  rosemary  marinated  pork chop, roasted red bliss potatoes
    • Roast prime rib of beef au jus, creamy horseradish mashed potatoes with sautéed baby carrots and asparagus


  • Individual bourbon pecan pie warm, served with vanilla bean ice cream

The menu will be available for $45 per person.

Seafood Shack

First course:

  • Lobster bib salad with sundried tomatoes, candied walnuts, yuzu champagne vinaigrette

Entrée – choice of:

  • Bacon wrapped scallops with confit tomatoes, crawfish, crab meat and linguine pink vodka sauce
  • Christmas Creole jambalaya with lobster, chicken andouille, clam mussel and shrimp


  • Spiced pumpkin white chocolate panna cotta, ginger snap cookie

The menu will be available for $45 per person.

Corner Market Buffet
Roasted pork belly porchetta, wood smoked ham, baked rainbow kale gratin, peel and eat shrimp, seasonal fruits and cheeses, and smoked apple and walnut salad.

In addition to the regular dinner menu:
Slow roasted prime rib, creamed peas with fried pearl onions, braised leg of lamb, roasted Brussels sprouts with pancetta, lasagna Florentine, smoked Cornish hen, striped bass with orange buerre blanc and fried leeks, wild rice and basmati pilaf with cranberries, roasted Chinese duck leg, wild mushroom crabmeat bisque, peel and eat shrimp, chilled crab legs; and for dessert: house made deep dish pumpkin pies, pecan pies, individual pineapple upside down cakes and apple bread pudding.

Christmas brunch and dinner are served alongside regular menu items.

Pricing is as follows:
7 a.m. – 3 p.m., Holiday Champagne Brunch – $30.45
3 – 10 p.m., Christmas Dinner Special – $35.45
